History

1993
Beginning of cooperation between ZTS Elektronika and Delta (at that time Ascom Frako)

2000
Slovakia was selected as main European production location followed by subsequent upgrade of the manufacturing plant of ZTS (Ascom invested >5 million USD).

2001
Foundation of own company Ascom Energy Systems (Slovakia) s.r.o.

2003
Delta takes over from the Swiss-based Ascom Group its Energy Systems division including the Slovak operation.

2005
Delta starts with customer service activities (repair center) and direct shipment from Slovakia to its customers.

2006
Implementation of sales administration, decision to build own factory.

2007
Opening of new fully-owned facility in Dubnica nad Vahom.

2010
The most successful year for Delta Electronics Slovakia due to increasing of business activities and boom in the photovoltaic market.

2011
Further plans to extend facility followed by extension of product portfolio and entering new markets.
